The Building Finance Program is a Stewardship Strategy built on faith, prayer, and the Word of God. It is designed to assist churches in raising funds for capital projects. There are 4 Phases to this ministry.

1. Prayer

Visiting Prayer Teams will be recruited and trained to visit every family in a local church. These two member teams will call the church to prayer and leave a prayer tent as a daily reminder to seek the Lord for His help in this great undertaking.

2. Preaching
Four Sermons will declare God’s truth on the theme of “Giving to The Kingdom.” It is important to note that Jesus Christ taught more on riches and resources than on any other subject including Heaven!
3. Pledges
Each family unit will be challenged to ask three questions:

1. What can I afford?
2. What can I sacrifice?
3. What will I trust God for by faith?

Pledge Cards are distributed and The Holy Spirit moves people to give cheerfully from their hearts for 156 weeks (3 years)

4. Promotional Banquet
Every family will be invited to be present. It will be a time of celebration, thanksgiving, and excitement. A wonderful meal, special music, a guest speaker, and testimonies from the people of the church will be heard. The commitments may be received at the banquet, in a morning service, or by a congregational canvas.
