Dan Scarrow, Director of Church Development

Dan was born in Lima, Peru to Christian & Missionary Alliance missionaries who spent 40 years in field and regional leadership ministries.  His early years were spent watching the amazing work of the Holy Spirit during the Lima to an Encounter With God movement that brought many thousands of Peruvians to Christ.  Those years in Peru were the birthplace of Dan's passion to see the Holy Spirit be the single most compelling part of his own ministry and the ministry of those he influences.

Dan attended Toccoa Falls College for his undergraduate work and completed a Master's degree through the Toccoa Falls Graduate School.  Dan married Lisa in 1995 and they have three children: Alex (1999), Caleb (2003), and Joelle (2005).  Dan and Lisa were involved in church planting efforts in Hamilton, Montana from 1997 until 2001.  In 2001 they sensed God's call to ministry at Missoula Alliance Church where Dan served as Executive Pastor until the summer of 2008.

Dan joins the district team with a passion to partner with leaders in helping to discover, define and deploy their God-given strengths in ways that maximize Kingdom impact.
